Energy Performance Diagnostic (DPE)
I really enjoyed staying here. It was bright whenever the Sun was shining and quiet. It is fairly close to the city centre (only 3-4 tram stops, dependant on which tram stop you prefer to get on and off) and the provided additional radiators are really making a difference during cold weather. When I reported issues with the internet, a new router was brought to replace the faulty one right away and old windows are getting replaced now so I can only recommend David as a Landlord. Superb.
