Other remarks:
Tariff all charges included (water, electricity, internet,) obviously in the respect of a reasonable use. Any overconsumption will be charged.
We ask for a deposit of 300 EUR (by transfer or cash) on the day of arrival. This deposit will be returned to you in full if no damage is found in the accommodation at the time of check-out.
For the accommodation, water and drainage system (sink, shower, toilet, kitchen sink) functional under sanitary system.
Only when water is used, the sani-crusher makes a slight draining noise.
Free parking with video surveillance at 3min walk from the apartment.
Free parking spaces (next to the apartment) where you can park if available.
Bakery, butcher's shop, tobacco bar, hairdresser and beautician at 2 min walk from the house.
Municipal swimming pool at 5 min drive from the house.
