Very convenient, Metro line 8 is at the foot of the building, lines 1,2,6,9 RER A are less than 10 minutes, you will be ready to move easily throughout Paris. 10 min walk from Gare de Lyon and 20 from Bastille.

Nice and quiet apartment on the first floor on courtyard, fully equipped, neat and original decor. Surface of 24m ° any comfort and without opposite, the room is separated from the main room. The bed is height 1m70 above the dressing (see photos). The apartment is very quiet. A sweet smell of Viennese pastry is felt as soon as you walk through the door thanks to the nearby bakery. There is a monoprix in the street. The lively districts of Bastille can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. All shops nearby (in the same street within 5 min) supermarkets, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, laundry (because there is no washing machine in the apartment) etc.).

Lovely 1 bedroom flat Rien à redire, l'appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description faite. j'y ai passé 1 mois et demi et ai apprécié le quartier. Toutes les commodités (commerces, laverie, métro etc...) se trouvent à quelques minutes à pied.
L'appartement est très confortable et bien équipé.
