To ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible, please read our house rules carefully. By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by these rules.

Welcome to Lovely Bellamy!

I hope your stay will be as comfortable as possible.

But to do that, I'd really appreciate it if you'd follow the house rules below. I know, I know, rules are boring... But these rules allow us to provide future guests with a great experience.

Kitchen:
Help yourself to whatever you want in the kitchen. We provide some welcome samples of tea and coffee, as well as cooking utensils if you wish to cook. My only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils before you leave.

Heating:
Please make sure before you open the windows that the radiators are at 0. .

Lights:
Please turn them off when you leave a room. Abnormal electricity consumption will result in a deduction from the security deposit at the end of your stay. This may be between €45 and €50 per day.

Internet :
Please do not turn it off!

Noise:
As neighbours surround our property, we would appreciate it if you could keep the noise down after 10pm if possible.

Smoking is not permitted in the house.

*** General rules ***

- The accommodation and its equipment may only be used by and for the persons indicated at the time of booking.

*** On arrival ***

- Please let us know as soon as possible if you notice any damage or missing items in the house on arrival.
- Please respect the arrival time (4pm at the earliest) to allow the concierge service to prepare the accommodation. It is sometimes possible for us to be flexible, but only by prior arrangement.

*** Common sense, respect and good manners***

- As a general rule, avoid making any noise between 10pm and 7am that might disturb your neighbours.
- Notify us immediately of any incident or complaint from neighbours.
- Use heating responsibly: Keep windows closed when heating is on.
- Remember to turn off lights and electrical appliances when you leave the house.
- Do not move furniture without our prior agreement.
- Make honest use of the internet access provided: No illegal downloading, do not visit illegal sites, respect French legislation.
- Do not leave your towels or any other items at your disposal in the house.
- Don't make it easy for burglars! Lock your windows and doors when you leave the house.

*** When you leave ***

- We will come and see you when you leave to check the property. We will make an appointment with you beforehand. Flexibility is possible on the definition of the schedule, however, once established, we kindly ask you to respect it.
- You are entitled to a cleaning package, but we would ask you to leave the house in a clean and tidy condition: bins emptied and taken out, fridge emptied and cleaned, dishes washed and put away. Your personal belongings must be removed from the accommodation.

*** Deposit ***

As a general rule, a deduction from your deposit may be made if any unusual costs involving your responsibility are generated. In particular
- Additional caretaker costs if the departure time is not respected and/or the accommodation is not ready when the inventory is made.
- Abnormal dirtiness resulting in additional cleaning costs.
- Misuse of household linen generating additional laundry charges.
- Damaged, broken, stained or lost items.
- Persistent odours (e.g. tobacco)
