July 2024Really beautiful apartment located in the best neighbourhood in lyon. Was a great and calm place to live in with loads of natural light. The landlord is very helpful and welcoming which was a relief when renting for the first time in a foreign country. Everything went smoothly from arrival to departure. Stayed there for almost 6 months.
The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.
