May 2022I could not speak highly enough of Anne's apartment! She was extremely accommodating regarding move in&move out,as well as highly responsive anytime I had a question for her. The apartment is lovely,it has everything you could possibly need to make you feel at home (including a fully stocked kitchen,spacious closets,cozy bedroom,relaxing shower&bath). The building itself is quiet which served ideal to unwind from the city. Anne+family are the most accommodating&kind landlords I have ever had!

December 2020I very much enjoyed the location and it was a spacious apartment for the neighbourhood. Good quality for money.
The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.
