Comprising an open-plan kitchen, a sleeping area with a small 120cm double bed and a desk, and a bathroom with shower, this studio can accommodate 1 person. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils. The flat has free Wi-Fi access. It is fully furnished in a modern style. However, it is important to bring your own towels and bed linen, as they are not included.
During your stay, you can take advantage of all the residence's services:

Literie non adaptée pour un couple.
The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.

L'appartement est situé en face d'un bar à concerts. Aucune réponse sur la disponibilité d'une salle de sport pourtant inclue dans l'annonce. Odeur fétide dans le couloir. La robinetterie de la salle de bain fuit. Sinon bonne accueil et appartement bien équipé. Pas de bruit de voisinage.
