Très bien situé à proximité de tous les commerces et des transports. Un seul lit mezzanine contrairement à l'annonce. Beaucoup d'humidité dans le studio (moisissure, peinture craquelée, fuite dans la sdb qui malgré trop d'interventions n'a pas pu être réglée). Le quartier est agréable et l'appartement bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine, mais aucun rangement pour les effets personnels. Convenable pour une courte durée.
