10 minutes from the city center of Pau, 15 minutes from the forest, 6 km to the train station and 9 km to the airport, our residence offers apartments with all comfort. You will spend a pleasant stay at less than 1 hour from the Pyrénées mountains.
Practical and comfortable, this studio is designed to offer a living space and an optimal layout. With a surface of 22 sqm, this apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, a living area with one double bed of 160 cm and an independent bathroom. You will also have a free WiFi access and a flat screen tv with TNT. With your reservation you have a free parking space.
You can benefit from the fitness room of the residence in free access. Pets are allowed with a supplement payable locally. During your stay you can enjoy hotel paying services offered by the residence (laundry and breakfast buffet).
Cleaning at the end of the stay as well as a weekly cleaning, with change of linen, are included.
In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a visitor's tax of an amount that varies per night and per person will be payable directly to the residence.
ARRIVAL:
The reception is open until 20:00 on weekdays and from 08:00 to 12:00 / 14:00 to 19:00 on weekends and holidays. If you plan to arrive after these hours please contact the residence to organise your late arrival.
DEPOSIT
For rentals over 3 months, the deposit will be cashed. For rentals under 3 months, the deposit will not be cashed.
