This flat is ideal for two people (140 cm x 190 cm bed on the mezzanine), but a sofa bed can accommodate up to four people. For your comfort, this flat has been renovated, furnished and equipped since June 2022.
You'll love the high Lyonnais-style ceilings, typical of the silk workshops known as the "Canuts", the large windows and the mezzanine.

- A beautiful living room with a decorative fireplace offers a convivial, warm and peaceful space.
- You can connect to your Netflix account (remember to disconnect when you leave).
KITCHEN:
- A functional kitchen with fridge, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, oven and washing machine offers every comfort for your stay

THE NIGHT NOOK :
- The mezzanine sleeping area is accessible via a staircase (1 m 67 high ceilings)
- Comfortable bedding with everything you need (everything will be in place for your arrival). A wardrobe area to store your belongings
SHOWER ROOM :
- A shower room with all toiletries (hairdryer, washing machine, towels for body, hands and hair, soap, shampoo, etc.).

We thank you in advance for keeping the apartment in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to keep your deposit if we notice the slightest deterioration in the accommodation. The accommodation is non-smoking, smoking is prohibited and no parties or excesses are allowed.
Arrival times are from 4pm. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any special requests. Departure times must be before 11am.

We are available on the platform until 10pm. We do our best to reply as quickly as possible.
Once your booking has been validated by our team, we will send you a secret code a few hours before your arrival, giving you access to the accommodation. Arrivals are made independently with a key box. The same applies to your departure.
The flat is on the 4th floor with lift.

## Transit
If you have a car, the flat is located very close to the LPA - Gros Caillou car park (about 5 minutes' walk from the flat).
Parking is charged in the streets during the day but is free in the evenings from 7pm and on Sundays (except in exceptional circumstances which we are unable to inform you of).
You can easily get to the flat on foot by taking the metro
(Coming from Perrache station, metro line A - to Hôtel de Ville station)
By bus, the C3 comes from Part-Dieu in the direction of Hôtel de Ville, very close to the accommodation. Very easy to get to.
