GENERAL RULES

- Respect the arrival and departure times agreed together
- Respect the capacity determined in the booking
- Respect the tenant profiles accepted in the advert
- Respect the restrictions relating to your stay (parties, events, smoking, pets, children, etc.)
- Respect the neighbours and the furniture
- Respect the owner's personal belongings

- Not to smoke
- Do not make noise after 10pm
- Do not organise parties or soirées
- Do not change the furniture
- Do not tamper with any equipment
- Do not use the heating or air conditioning with the windows open
- Do not subscribe to any TV channels or subscriptions
- Do not make illegal downloads
- Do not throw anything other than toilet paper in the toilets
- Do not leave keys on the lock inside the flat

- Leave the flat as clean as you found it
- Report any broken or damaged objects or equipment as soon as possible
- Lock the front door when you are away
- Turn off all lights and heating when you are away

BOOKING CONDITIONS

- In the event of a booking for a stay from an account without comments, we reserve the right to request a copy of the identity document of each tenant of this stay.

- In the event of early departure, the 5 nights following departure (or the remainder of the stay if less than 5 nights remain) will not be reimbursed.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

All the charges listed below must be paid via a secure online payment form, no later than one day after the end of your stay.

- CLEANING & LINEN -

- If you require a cleaning service or a change of sheets/towels during your stay, you can ask us to provide you with a quote. All requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
As a reminder, only 1 medium-sized towel - 70 * 140 cm - per person is provided for the entire stay and only cleaning after the end of your stay is included in your booking.

- KEYS -

- By default, only one set of keys will be given to you during your stay.
However, a second set of keys may be made available to you.
However, you will be charged a supplement:
→ If the request is early (> 24H), + €20 with independent recovery of this second set of keys in a shop near the accommodation or + €40 with delivery of the second set of keys to the accommodation by an agent.
→ If the request is urgent (< 24 hours), + €40 with independent collection of the second set of keys from a shop near the property or + €60 with delivery of the second set of keys to the property by an agent.

- If the keys are lost or not returned, you will be given a quote (up to €1,500) for changing the lock and reproducing the associated keys and badges.

- ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE / LATE ARRIVAL -

- If you arrive or leave with an agent, and are more than 20 minutes late in relation to the time agreed with the agent, you will be charged a supplement of €10 for every 30 minutes. We therefore urge you to be punctual.
Alternatively, we can provide you with a key locker in a shop close to your accommodation (depending on opening hours) to drop off or collect your keys, and you will not be charged any extra for being late.

- If you arrive or leave (with an agent on site or with keys collected from a shop near the accommodation) between 07:00 and 09:00 or between 19:00 and 22:00, you will be charged a supplement of €20.

- For arrivals or departures (with an agent on site or with keys collected from a shop near the accommodation) between 22:00 and 07:00, a supplement of €40 will be charged.

- If you collect or return the keys yourself from a shop near the accommodation, please ensure that you respect the opening hours.
Access to the accommodation may not be possible if the shop near the accommodation is closed.
In this case, we will not be able to rehouse you and you will have to pay for the first night.
If we need to change the business keys (because you expect to arrive outside opening hours), please let us know as soon as possible. We will transfer the keys to another business (if you have not notified us too late) and you will be charged a supplement of €20.

- If you leave a set of keys in the accommodation when you leave, you will be charged a supplement of €20.
We therefore ask you to wait for the agent who will be in charge of your departure or to return the keys to the shop near the accommodation, depending on the option you have chosen.
