This 85m2 flat comprises an entrance hall, separate kitchen, double living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
It is located on the 2nd floor, Avenue Breteuil in the 7th arrondissment of Paris and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The rental is concluded with a rental pack including :
- supply and installation of one set of linen per bed for the entire rental period (pillowcase, sheet, duvet cover, small and large bath towel).
- 2 hours of cleaning at the end of the rental period to clean and change the household linen.
- Access to the Rent Your Paris Assistance service, available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, for all emergency interventions concerning electricity, plumbing, locksmiths, gas and household appliance breakdowns. Pack payable monthly to the lessor at a rate corresponding to 1% of the rent.
For all rentals, the hirer must pay a monthly energy allowance of 6% of the rent, unless he/she takes over the various contracts in his/her own name and can justify this.
Entry to the premises is from Monday to Saturday between 16:00 and 20:00. The cost to the tenant is €3/m2. Leaving the premises takes place from Monday to Saturday between 8:00 and midday. You may check in or out outside these times or on public holidays, subject to availability and for a supplement of €50.
Payments can be made by direct debit, bank transfer or credit card. Bank charges of 2% will be added to all CB payments.
