It is a very well located apartment (metro line 2 and bus 96) and there are many shops.
Ideal for couples or solo - that will keep the premises clean.
All comforts, including wifi except the TV, but many books available. Also very well maintained building. The apartment is quiet and overlooks a double courtyard. View over the rooftops of Paris.
Furnished. Very bright. Separate kitchen. Living room and bedroom are open with a beautiful glass of craftsman. Gas heating. Beautiful parquet floor.
Very quiet room with a large bed (mattress nine comfort) fully equipped kitchen: fridge, coffeemaker, kettle, washing machine and dryer (except oven & dishwasher).
