This flat is located in a secure residence just off the St Herblain tramway, next to the Pigier school. A residence manager and a security guard will be on hand for your peace of mind.

This is a T2Bis flat: the kitchen is fully equipped and you have your own living area (lounge + dining room) with a bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a desk and a 140 cm bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils. A bathroom with shower is adjacent to the bedroom. The flat has free Wi-Fi access. Bed linen is provided and changed at your convenience.
However, PLEASE BRING YOUR BATH TOWELS as they are not provided.

An outside parking space is available free of charge, subject to availability. If you wish to use the residence's private car park, the supplement is €40/month (also subject to availability).
