Nearly all Paris sites can be simply reached by walk, and it's just a little pleasant stroll to Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Orsay Museum, the Champs Elysées, the Marais, the Beaubourg and many others. The apartment, which is only a few mt. from a covered parking, is also near to 3 metro lines, 14 bus lines, 2 urban railways. A lesser accommodation would be more expensive!
Nice 30 m2 (323 sq. ft.) calm apartment located in a 17th century historic building, furnished with autonomous air conditioned, unlimited central heating available night and day and double glass windows for total comfort, unique in Paris (2 cm/0,79 inches thick, -45 dB!) . The street is semi-pedestrian; traffic is virtually absent 24/7.
According to the Parisian standard, this apartment provides excellent comfort for up to four people at a great price. It features above the standard beds (160 cm/62'' large instead of the standard 130 cm/51''), two rooms, bathtub (very rare in Paris!), true refrigerator with freezer (not the usual tiny minibar: look at the pictures!) Unlike others we clearly indicate the surface which is quite above the Parisian average: for larger apartments you would have to spend no less than 250€ per night.
The apartment is also provided with telephone for long distance free calls and free wireless or cable broadband Internet. Free calls to USA and Canada landline AND mobile phones!
The apartment is located in a historic monument without elevator, like 70% of central Paris apartments. Please note that most listings don't specify that there is no elevator but if it is not listed in the amenities, it means that it is not available.
The spacious lounge is provided with LCD 26’’ satellite TV, Blue Ray/DivX/USB player with home theater set, DVD movie collection with films in English and French (you can also play movies or music from your laptop), Hi-Fi with CD/Mp3 playback and tuner and a queen size cozy divan bed with quality mattress for two persons.
The bedroom is furnished with an ample and very cozy regular bed for one or two persons.
The kitchen is separated from the lounge and is provided with every useful domestic device: large fridge, separated freezer, toaster, American coffee machine, oven (combined and microwave), kettle and dishwasher.
The bathroom is equipped with bathtub, shower with vertical hydromassage, central hot water, hairdryer, towels heater.
The accommodation is also equipped with washer/dryer, iron/ironing board.
Bed sheets and bathroom towels are provided.
