This flat is located in a secure residence with magnetic badges and video surveillance.

This is a shared flat: the kitchen, bathroom and toilets are shared but you have your own bedroom (which you can lock). The bedroom has a desk and a 120 cm bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils. As you can see from the floor plan, the flat has another bedroom that can be rented out during your stay.
The flat has free wifi access. It is fully furnished in a modern style. However, PLEASE BRING YOUR BATH TOWELS AND DRAPS as they are not provided.

During your stay you can take advantage of all the residence's services:

- meeting room with TV, video projector, projection screen and adapted sound system
- laundry room with washing machines, tumble dryers, irons and ironing boards

The residence is ideally located for tourists, students (Fac de Rangueil, CREPS, SUP'AERO, ENAC) and working people (AIRBUS, CNRS, CNES, CFPCT - close to the ring road to Labège and the airport in 15 minutes).
