Furnished including a large equipped kitchen to share, 2 independent bedrooms (rented independently) with beds (120 cm) with a desk area and an individual key per room. Finally, the bathroom and the WC are individual.
This ad is for one room only, not the whole apartment.
This is a shared apartment: the kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared but you have your own room (which you can lock). The room is equipped with a desk and a 140 cm bed. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils. As you can see on the plan the apartment has another room that can be rented during your stay.
The apartment is equipped with free wifi access. It is fully furnished in a modern way. However, PLEASE ALWAYS PROVIDE YOUR BATH SERVICES as they are not provided.
During your stay you will be able to take advantage of all the services of the residence:
- fitness room with free access
- meeting room with TV, video projector, projection screen and adapted sound system
- laundry with washing machines, dryer, irons and ironing boards
- interior patio with garden furniture

- parking with automatic gate: 1.5€/day with a 50€ security deposit for the remote control
Thank you for arriving BEFORE 6pm. Beyond this time we will not be able to ensure your reception. A deposit of one month's rent will be required upon arrival.
The residence is ideally placed for a tourist stay but also for students (Fac de Rangueil, CREPS, ,SUP'AERO, ENAC) and working people (AIRBUS, CNRS, CNES, CFPCT - glued to the ring road to serve Labège and the airport in 15min).
