Close to Evian golf course and the town centre, our hotel-residence offers panoramic views over Lake Geneva. Just a 5-minute walk from a supermarket and a bakery open 7 days a week, the residence's location is ideal. Just a 20-minute drive from the Bernex and Thollon-les-Mémises ski resorts, but also 1.5km from the beach and water sports centre, this establishment is an ideal and very affordable pied-à-terre for all types of stay.

Comprising a large living room with sofa bed (140*190) and fitted kitchen, a bedroom with double bed (160*200) and a bathroom with bath and WC, this one-bedroom apartment measures 36m2. It sleeps 4 people. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, extractor fan, coffee maker, kettle and everything else you need for cooking. The flat also has a large balcony, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access.
Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. If you don't bring your own, you can hire them from reception (€5 for the sheet kit and €5 for the towel kit).

The residence provides a free parking space. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. During your stay you can take advantage of the hotel services offered by the residence (laundry, sauna and breakfast).

Before your arrival, the residence will ask you for a copy of your valid employment contract. A deposit equivalent to one month's rent will be required on the day of your arrival.
The tourist tax (€1.5/person/night) is not included in the price and must be paid directly on site at the end of your stay.
