Studette with small balcony I lived here for almost a year and a half and while I chose it for the location (amazing location! Bakery and grocery stores all right around the corner) I did find the bathroom extremely small and the Kitchenette really difficult to work with. Upon moving in I also found a mouse trap under the heater so there is a ongoing mouse problem I was never told about. Landlord is very nice and will never bother you throughout your stay which is nice (some can be very annoying).
