SECURITY DEPOSIT :
For all stays, a security deposit of one month's rent must be paid by cash, cheque, credit card or bank transfer. Once cashed, it will be returned within 2 months.

ARRIVAL :
Reception is open from 08:30 to 13:30 and from 15:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Thursday and until 17:00 on Fridays. If you plan to arrive after these times, please contact the residence to arrange your late arrival.

For rentals of less than 3 months, a tourist tax is payable at the residence.
