Around

You will find yourself in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood with shops and bakeries within walking distance. The metro at the bottom of the building will take you to the city centre.
The area is very pleasant, lively and residential (Haussmannian stone buildings all around), good security, and yet there is everything you could want nearby: shops, cafes and restaurants of all types, transport, monuments...)
