We offer furnished and equipped accommodation including a sleeping area (double bed in 160), desk, storage space, equipped kitchenette (hotplates, fridge, microwave, crockery kit) with dining table and chairs, bathroom with shower and WC, cleaning kit.

In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax (local tax) of an amount that varies per night and per person, will be paid directly to the residence, which collects this tax for the city.
