Description

Located in the centre of Dijon, the residence is easily accessible by public transport. The tramway provides direct access to the Dijon train station.

Composed of a living room with 2 single beds (2*80*190), a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and toilet. This studio can accommodate 2 people. The kitchen has a microwave oven, electric kettle, hotplates, fridge and everything you need for cooking.
The flat also has free wifi and a flat screen TV.

The residence has a wellness area open from Monday to Thursday from 11am to 7pm (7€ per hour) and parking spaces (150€ per month to pay extra).

During your stay you can also take advantage of the hotel services offered by the residence: laundry, 1 monthly cleaning (included) and breakfast (11€ per person/day).

Pets are accepted at a cost of 3€/night or 90€/month to be paid on site.

The reception is open 24 hours a day.

In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person, will be paid directly to the residence.

Studio in residence in Dijon Très bien. J’ai passé un très bon séjour. Tout s’est très bien passé et le personnel de l’établissement et de l’accueil, ainsi que le directeur ont tous été très serviables. Ils ont tout fait pour que mon séjour se passe au mieux , ce qui fut le cas. Un immense merci à eux
