The studio consists of a room of about 14 m 2 fully equipped and that can accommodate up to 2 adults.
It consists of a multipurpose room with an equiped kitchenette and a shower room.
In order to receive you in the best conditions and to ensure your comfort, we put at your disposal:
- a sofa bed convertible for 2 persons
- a TV - internet access wifi
- the electric plates + kitchenette + complete housewife + fridge
- microwave
- coffee machine
- a pack of towels and bedlinen = toilet on levels of it is located on the ground floor of a building of very good quality.
The apartment is quiet and is located 2 minutes walk from the place of the pews, 15 minutes from the place Denis Dussous. So you can live independently in a functional environment.
A bus stop is located at the foot of the building.
If you come by car, you can park in the street (charged) in front of the building.
From the train station of the Benedictines, take the bus near the station or course Jourdan line.
We are available if you need any further information.
We put at your disposal all the necessary documentation to visit Limoges and its region.

The district located in hyper-centre of Limoges, the area offers all the amenities:-supermarkets (Spar, Casino), bakery - Bars - Restaurants - shops of any kind - the market in the square of the fairground
