This 34 Sqm studio has been designed for two people. Everything has been thought of to ensure that you will find both comfort and quality of life for a quality Parisian stay.
Located at the foot of the historic site of LA BUTTE AUX CAILLES, in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, it is located between the Place d'Italie (3 metro lines) and the Parc de Montsouris.
The studio is located on the sixth floor (with elevators of course) of a luxury residence equipped with surveillance cameras. The windows are equipped with double glazing, which adds to the calm of the place. The door is armoured and equipped with a high security lock.
The "bedroom" can be transformed into a "dining room - living room" in no time at all, since it is enough to raise the bed housed in the wardrobe provided for this purpose. Hydraulic cylinders make the manoeuvre accessible to everyone. The 140 cm wide bed is equipped with a quality mattress and a duvet or sheet with a light cover according to the seasons: it is appreciated for its comfort.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped: crockery, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, combined microwave oven, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, kitchen accessories etc.
The bathroom has a large shower and the walls are lined with Parisian subway earthenware. Bathroom linen is provided. You also have a hair dryer and also an iron and an ironing board.
Wi-Fi (fiber) and television are available, as well as a flowered loggia with table and chairs for breakfast in the summer.
This apartment is non-smoking and does not accept pets.
Cleaning is included in the rental price, and is mandatory once a week (hence the need for access to the apartment).
You will also have a parking space in the basement of the residence!
