January 2021Parfaitement situé à Pigalle, à proximité de toutes les commodités (supermarchés, transports...).
Le propriétaire est toujours disponible et accessible. Il n’y a pas de micro-onde ou de sèche-linge et il est difficile d’étendre son linge si beaucoup de lessives. Le seul bémol est qu’on peut entendre les bruits extérieurs même si la fenêtre est close : les voitures, la pluie, ou la terrasse en bas de l’immeuble. En bref, un lieu charmant dans un chouette quartier, avec un gentil propriétaire !

Propriétaire en or, vous ne trouverez pas mieux, toujours disponible et à l'écoute ! Tout est parfait, la localisation permet d'avoir tout à proximité (restaurants, bar, magasins indépendants, musées, métro…). Tout est propre, seul et unique petit bémol, c’est la fenêtre, mais sinon top !
