This accommodation is only available for rent for students.

Under the Sun of the French Riviera, the residence is located in the center of Sophia Antipolis, 6 km from downtown and the beaches of Antibes. Ideally located between sea and mountain, Antibes Juan-les-Pins is a touristic city with traditions and nautical pleasures, history and heritage, festivals and nightlife.

Composed of a room with trundle bed (2 * 90 * 180) and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower or bath and toilet, this studio is 20 sqm. It can accommodate 2 people. The kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, cooker hood, kettle, coffee maker and everything you'll need for cooking. The apartment is also equipped with a free wifi access.
BEN LINEN, TOWELS AND DUVET are NOT PROVIDED. Please, plan to bring your own.

The residence offers a fitness gym with free access and a free parking space. You can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool from April to November. Pets are allowed (additional charges to be paid on the first day).
During your stay you can access to hotel services of the residence :
- laundry,
- breakfast : 10€ for adult and 6€ for a child until 12 years old,
- spa : 8€ per person for 45 minutes

You can arrive at the time you want through a system of residence access code. The reception is open until 8 pm on weekdays and from 8am to 12 and from 2pm to 7pm on weekends. If you plan to arrive after these hours, please contact the residence to communicate you the access codes.

In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a visitor's tax of an amount that varies per night and per person will be payable directly to the residence.

Studio with pool - Antibes Safe place to stay when you are new to Antibes. Could do with air conditioning or at least a ceiling fan as so hot in the summer . A long way from the centre and the buses stop early so you really need a car

Studio with pool - Antibes Résidence mal entretenue, propreté très relative. Pendant mon séjour j'ai été confrontée à 4 jours sans chauffage ni eau chaude ! Aucun geste commercial n'a été proposé par rapport à ces problèmes. Inadmissible !

Chère Sandrine, Merci d'avoir choisi de partager votre opinion sur notre établissement. Nous sommes navrés que votre séjour parmi nous ne s’est pas déroulé comme vous l’envisagiez, et comme il aurait dû être.
L'équipe essaie au maximum de se montrer disponible envers ses clients, et de leur offrir le meilleur des services. Nous regrettons que vous ayez gardé un goût amer de votre séjour, malheureusement un problème technique n’est pas prévisible, de plus nos deux chaudières sont tombées en panne durant la période des fêtes de fin d’années, ce qui est compliqué d’avoir une réparation au plus vite. Nous espérons bien-sûr vous revoir au Maestria ou dans l'une des autres résidences du groupe. L'équipe de l'hôtel.
