The bed is in new condition and is 2 m long and 1.40 m wide, it is a clic clac "daily sleeping" with a thick and comfortable mattress and also a large dressing room .
A desk/console that you can "unfold" if you need to, and a fold-down work surface measuring 1.20 by 0.80 if you need lots of room to work.
Metro lines 11 and 2, bus 96, bus 26, bus 20, bus 71, the centre of Paris is about 40 minutes' walk away for good walkers and the Parc des Buttes Chaumont is just 15 minutes' walk away.

Around

It's a very pleasant neighbourhood, surprising when you visit it. It's still very much in its original state, with narrow streets and villas close to the studio, a village feel, authentic "troquets" where people sing or play music.
There's also a touch of Montmartre - we'd say Belleville, because it's not Montmartre, but it has a similar atmosphere with fewer tourists, so it's quieter.
The Parc des Buttes Chaumont is close by, and the Mouzaia district, with its small workers' houses, gives you the feeling of being in a corner of the countryside in the heart of Paris.
Place Sorbier, Menilmontant, Oberkanf, La Bellevilloise, Le vieux Belleville ....you'll sometimes meet some of the artists who love this area.
With good transport links, it's a great place to live.

Studio with view of the trees Le logement correspond exactement à l'annonce, il est bien pensé et très pratique. Annie a été vraiment disponible tout au long de mon séjour : grâce à cela, on y est bien ! J'ai apprécié vivre dans ce studio, c'est confortable et calme (pour de la ville).

Studio with view of the trees Un logement petit mais très confortable et bien aménagé... au point de paraître plus grand que ce que sa superficie laisse imaginer ! Annie fut extrêmement réactive et arrangeante. Bref : j'ai passé un très bon séjour.
