This house was entirely designed by the architect Tony Rivas. It is composed as follows:

- Garden maintained by a gardener throughout the year
- Apple TV and high speed internet (WiFi), indoor and outdoor Bose 5.1 speakers, unlimited Zbox movies and Honey appliances.
The pool and jacuzzi are not in use. However, you can use the barbecue and the children's bikes.
You can park your car in the front garden or in front of the gate.
