The historic old town is on your doorstep, with the beach just a few minutes away. The flat is very comfortable and well appointed with a separate bedroom on the mezzanine, giving you a wonderful view to wake up to. There are double windows and it's very quiet, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, a bath, real wood floors, good cupboards and storage space, a mini desk to work on the sofa, and the sofa is big enough to be a single bed if you have a guest. I write BestofNiceBlog and I'm a Nice expert. I live just down the road so I'm available if you need anything or have any questions. Come and spend the winter in Nice!

On the edge of Vieux Nice, opposite a large public garden on one side and a 3-minute walk from the beach on the other. There are daily open-air markets within walking distance and a wide choice of excellent restaurants. This is a lively and fun part of town, and it's easy to get anywhere thanks to the tram stop and electric bike station just outside.
