The flat has a basement garage for a medium sized car (a VW Passat is just coming in).
A bus stop serving the train and bus station, as well as the Cap d'Antibes, is located in the street of the flat.
The train station is 5 minutes away by car. Nice Côte d'Azur airport is 30 minutes away by car.

We trust Françoise and her concierge Home Partner to manage the flat for us as we do not live on site.
The offices are a 10 minute walk away, guaranteeing a quick intervention in case of any problems.

The geographical location is ideal, between the beaches and the old town. The flat gives access to all the shops (supermarket just opposite) and to the Provencal market (voted one of the 10 best in Europe), restaurants, historical monuments (Picasso Museum, Bastion, Cathedral, Ramparts, Fort Carré and Port Vauban, etc.) as well as fine sandy beaches 5 minutes away on foot.
It is not located in the old town, but very close: you have the advantages without the noise.
