Energy Performance Diagnostic (DPE)
Upon arrival, the flat was quite dirty, and the owner demanded that it be cleaned upon departure. It also has a leak in the kitchen from which water leaks when it rains. The shower and washing machine leaked every time I used them.
Even so, the flat is comfortable, with good natural light and very well located.
