Very beautiful charming, bright and sunny house 200 metres from the city centre, all shops, doctor and pharmacy, bakery, grocery store and a post office service integrated with tobacco and newspapers.
Numerous tourist points, region drowned in Languedoc vineyards. Our Salagou lake which glow with pleasure and which offers many opportunities for swimming. The Sétoise beach, Marseillan for its large lively beaches, Ballaruc with its good restaurants by the sea, Pézenas the town of Molière full of history with its picturesque alleys and its charming theatre, etc... This village house located in a very old village offers you the well-being at the foot of its fountain where it is good to live with our pool and our summer cuisine. The sun is controlled by thermal blinds, an air conditioning in each room and a cooling fin on the ceiling when you don't want to use the air conditioning.

The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.
We had a fantastic stay in Pierre’s house. We had a work month where we brought our little daughter, we as a family loved the house. Strongly recommend to rent!
