Description

Furnished and fully equipped apartment in a recent and secure residence. A manager of residence is on-site for your peace of mind. The residence is very well located : well served by public transport (200 metres from the tram station "Hôpital Pasteur") and close to shops.

Composed of a cooking area with kitchen, of a sleeping area with a small double bed (120cm) and a desk, and of a bathroom with shower, this apartment can accommodate 1 people. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils. The apartment is equipped with free wifi access. It is fully furnished in a modern way. Bed linens are provided and changed every 2 weeks by a set of clean laundry. However, PROVIDE YOUR OWN TOWELS because these are not supplied.

During your stay you can enjoy all the services of the residence:
- fitness room with free access
- paid laundry with washing machines, dry linen, iron and ironing board
- living room with cable giant screen tv, table football in open access and distributors of beverages and confectionery

Please, note that you must come BEFORE 19:00. After this hour we will not be able to host you. You will have to pay one month rent deposit. Pets are allowed but you will have to give a two month rent deposit on arrival day.

Well located studio Résidence gérée par des gens incompétents: Ménage pas fait à l'arrivée, crasseux, pas de draps.Rien n'est simple, vous n'arrivez JAMAIS à joindre personne. Les serrures électroniques fonctionnent MAL, donc si vous êtes coincé à l’extérieur, bon courage. Le personnel ne sers à rien (quand vous réussissez à joindre qqn au bout de 3 jours).Immeuble mal entretenu, le quartier est pourri: sale et mal fréquenté, très bruyant (klaxons, Hélico, Sirènes).Il faut courir après sa caution. PATHETIQUE
