This apartment is located in a secured residence, near the arrival of the streetcar of St Herblain, next to the Pigier school. A residence manager and a security agent will be there for your serenity.

The apartment is equipped with free wifi access. Bed linen is provided and changed at your convenience. However, please bring your own towels as they are not provided.

You will have a free parking space outside according to availability. If you wish to use the private parking of the residence, the supplement is 40€/month (also according to availability).

During your stay you will be able to take advantage of all the services of the residence:
