Its location is perfect: In the heart of the Marais, 5 minutes walk from the Place des Vosges, close to Bastille, République and Les Halles. It is surrounded by many shops and restaurants.

- The apartment is very well arranged. As you enter you arrive in a large entrance hall nicely decorated with furniture and book shelves. On the left, a double glass door opens onto the large living room. The bathroom and toilet are on the right, followed by the kitchen. Going straight ahead you reach the master bedroom.

- The parquet flooring and exposed beams give a warm aspect to the large living room. It is divided into 2 parts:
- The lounge area: it offers a relaxing space with a sofa, 3 armchairs and a coffee table facing the television. The sofa is convertible and can accommodate an adult or two children.
- The dining area: The table next to the large fireplace can accommodate 6 to 8 guests.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. It is bright and naturally lit by a skylight. The toilets are separate and located just to the right of the bathroom.
