This T2 is ideally located, on the 1st floor of the building, about ten minutes walk from the station or the city center. It is served by the Tram that will take you wherever you want.
Everything is nearby: shops and restaurants
The living room is very nicely decorated with a sofa bed and everything you need for your comfort.
The bedroom is extremely quiet, it overlooks an interior garden.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with Dolce Gusto Krups coffee machine (capsules not included).
The bathroom is very pleasant with shower, washbasin and WC.

You have access to the entire apartment which is equipped with free high-speed Wifi.
All bed and bathroom linen is provided for 4 travellers on your arrival!

I remain discreet and the traveller has independent access to the accommodation. I live in Grenoble and remain available for all requests!

Located in the lively Championnet district, with restaurants, bars, shops, cinema and public transport just 1 min walk from the building. Not far from the very courtyard Caserne de Bonne in the centre of Grenoble, you are 2 steps away from shops, restaurants and a beautiful park ideal for children. A real haven of peace in the heart of the city!
You can reach the hyper center in 10 minutes on foot.
The discovery of the city and the district can be done on foot or by bike.

To facilitate your trips to your company, your university or your family, you can take tram E at the Championnet stop (50 meters away).

Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks.

The cleaning charges include: cleaning but also the supply of bed and bathroom linen.
Solidarity housing! The totality of the cleaning costs is paid to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning).
It is also possible to provide you with a baby bed subject to availability and that you make the request as soon as you book.

Beautiful 1BR cachet❤️Mur in stones Un excellent séjour proche de toutes commodités (tram, bus, marché, supermarché, gare, centre ville). Un accueil agréable, avec une très bonne explication de la démarche personnalisée dès la récupération des clés jusqu'à l'arrivée à l'appartement. L'appartement est bien très équipé et propre, sauf que quelques vaisselles étaient salles et je ne les ai pas utilisées. Rapport qualité prix intéressant. Je le conseille pour 2 à 4 personnes pour une longue durée..
