Bonjour,
La location du 5 rue des Faussets s’est très bien déroulée dans son ensemble. Mme Constance a bien accueillie Ariane (ma fille) à son arrivée sur Bordeaux pour ses études en août 2023. Il y a eu quelques bris en cours de location (douche et plaque de cuisson), Mme Constance s’est occupée de la réparation afin que cela soit fonctionnel. L’état des lieux s’est également bien déroulé. L’emplacement était parfait dans le vieux Bordeaux.
