Description

15 minutes by car from the city center, near the Lake of Bordeaux, near the exhibition center and the congress center, our residence offers apartments with all comfort. You will spend a pleasant stay in Bordeaux.

Practical and comfortable, this studio is designed to offer a living space and an optimal layout. With a surface of 20 sqm, this apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, a living area with 1 double bed of 160 cm and an independent bathroom. You will also have a free WiFi access and a flat screen tv with TNT. With your reservation you have a free parking space.

You can benefit from the fitness room of the residence in free access. Pets are allowed with a supplement payable locally. During your stay you can enjoy hotel paying services offered by the residence (laundry and breakfast buffet).

Cleaning at the end of the stay as well as a weekly cleaning, with change of linen, are included.

In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a visitor's tax of an amount that varies per night and per person will be payable directly to the residence.

ARRIVAL:
The reception is open until 21:30 on weekdays and from 08:30 to 12:30 / 16:00 to 20:00 on weekends and holidays. If you plan to arrive after these hours please contact the residence to organise your late arrival.

Comfortable studio for 2 people Publicité mensongère .
Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité.
Propreté laissée définitivement aux oubliettes .Personnel désintéressé inefficace et non compétent.
Ménage non fait.Chambres délabrées et sales
L'environnement est déplorable avec bcp de passages car les camionneurs se garent aux abords de l'hôtel .
Bref bien trop cher pour la prestation proposée.
