Former concierge's lodge of a beautiful art deco building, our studio is the ideal place to discover Nice and its region. It is located in the center of Nice, close to the streetcar, amenities (stores, cinemas, restaurants ...) in a beautiful quiet area of Nice. It consists of a living room / kitchen, a bathroom design, a bed in mezzanine under a very beautiful height of ceiling (3m15), the whole completely equipped (plates inductions, furnace, air-conditioner etc...). Its very original decoration and its location make it a place often very appreciated in which we like to return!
