Description
This flat is ideal for 4 people but can accommodate up to 6 travellers (sofa bed on request), located on the 11th and top floor with lift.

- The flat comprises an entrance hall leading directly into the light-filled living room.
- An open, functional kitchen with everything you need (fridge, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and washing machine).
- The lounge area opens onto a comfortable sofa, a large TV and its connected decoder
BEDROOMS 1 and 2:
- The bedrooms are both furnished with a 140 cm x 200 cm double bed, a desk and a comfortable chair, as well as a large wardrobe/dressing room.

- A renovated and functional shower room with a beautiful shower.

To ensure your comfort during your stay, we provide you with :

We systematically carry out a thorough cleaning of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialist cleaning company.
We thank you in advance for keeping the apartment in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to keep your deposit if we notice the slightest deterioration in the accommodation. The accommodation is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited and no parties or excesses are permitted.
Arrival times are from 4pm. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any special requests. Departure times must be before 11am.
