NON-SMOKING FLAT
-NO PETS
-NO NOISE AFTER 10 p.m.: not to do anything that might, by his/her own doing or that of persons in his/her house, disturb the peace of neighbours or other occupants (disturbing the peace at night, noise, odours, smoke, etc.).
-NO PERSONS OTHER THAN THOSE LISTED ON THE RESERVATION ARE ALLOWED TO COME: to use the accommodation peacefully. In this respect, it is forbidden to use the premises for commercial purposes involving the reception of persons (customers, suppliers, prospective customers, etc.).
-Make sure that you turn off the lights and the fan, and that you lock your flat and the landing door when you are away.
- DO NOT OVERHEAT THE APARTMENT: you will be billed for excessive consumption.
-DO NOT THROW ANYTHING INTO THE W.C. other than small quantities of toilet paper, and refrain from throwing objects that could obstruct the pipes of sanitary and other appliances, failing which you will be liable for any costs incurred in restoring the equipment to working order.
