Charming studio heart of the city
L'appartement ne correspondait pas aux photos (la plupart des vitres/fenêtres étaient cassées, il pleuvait à l'intérieur; les murs abîmés avec la structure métallique rouillée sous le plâtre apparente, lunette de toilettes cassées, pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine...) On m'a assurée que les travaux seraient faits dans la semaine, donc j'ai pris. Il a fallu 4,5 mois et je ne sais combien de relances sans réponses avant que Welkeys ne bouge. On m'a parlé d'un dédommagement...j'attends toujours.
