There is no sofa bed in the living room and the roller shutters in the living room do not work, so it is not possible to sleep in the living room.
The furniture is antique, fragile and refined and needs to be used with care and caution.
It offers all the quality services needed to comfortably accommodate 4 people on a leisure or business trip. The double aspect of this walk-through flat allows for natural ventilation.
The master bedroom overlooking the courtyard has a 140 x 190 cm bed. A 2nd bedroom on the street has 2 single beds 80 x 190 cm (the 2 beds together make a double bed 160 x 190 cm).

The tenant must pay for electricity and gas consumption; the meters will be read for this purpose on arrival and departure.
