This triplex of 105 m2, with contemporary decoration, will make you enjoy on the ground floor of an elegant tones of white and grey, fully equipped kitchen overlooking the salon with a corner sofa and a flat-screen TV. This large room opens onto a pretty independent terrace of 20 m2 with its garden (Barbecue at disposal). It has three bedrooms (a double room, with two single beds and the last offering a single bed) and a bathroom with shower. You will also have the use of a parking space in the property.

Discover during your strolls in the area: the area of Tower-Sainte, listed historical monuments, the Tower of the Immaculate Conception which breaks mark by far.
