It is a 60 sqm apartment in which, just as we, our guests feel at ease. We have recently renovated into a modern and just as cozy and functional. We actually planned our home to allow our travelers to feel at ease in the comfort of their daily needs. Its decoration is summarized in a clean, contemporary style, with colors and lights combining the ambience as joyful as cozy and comforting.
In its full description, well this apartment has an entrance, a kitchen open to the dining room and living room with a serving hatch and bar, as well as on the balcony with a glass door. This kitchen is fully equipped (gas hob, extractor, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher all utensils to cook, eat and drink, espresso coffee maker with coffee pods included, and some kitchen condiments). The dining room, which in direct access from the entrance of the apartment is spacious and functional. It has a friendly table with 4 chairs and a storage chest. This also gives direct access to the balcony through a window and remains open on a cozy lounge. The latter includes a coffee table, a sofa and floor cushions, an electric fireplace (with heating option) for an increasingly warm, a TV and a library. Please note that the living room including the dining room, the lounge and the kitchen is an open space as friendly and spacious and bright with a total of 5 windows facing the outside of which 4 on the balcony. The latter, with a coffee table and floor cushions, allows travelers to relax in the open via sliding glass doors to a ptit dej, a drink or another, to the rhythm of external animation. The corridor which is accessed through the dining room serves the toilet, the bathroom and the bedroom. The latter is also a spacious space cozy. It has a double bed 160 cm (bed linen provided) with two bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers also as an office and a fireside single extra bed (with sheets tailored duvet). The bathroom, meanwhile, has a bath, a sink basin and a large closet. Bath towels and toiletries are available to travelers (towels, gloves, soap, cotton).

Other notes:
We inform our passengers that the services we offer, such as the number of bed linen, bath towels and coffee pods will be available based on the number of people registered for rental and the actual number of night booked. In this regard, our base price per night remains applicable for 1-2 travelers, out cleaning fee. Beyond 3 guest a rate increase of the overnight stay will be applied automatically (5 euros per extra person per night). Furthermore, we are open to any requests for rental rates vary by season and include decrease in proportion to the number of night (price reduction for a week booking and tariff study dice the 3rd night on request ).

The ideal location of our apartment is underlined by the district to which it belongs, neighborhood Patte-roads offering all local services namely grocery, bakery, gas station (at the foot of the building) but also post office, bank , florist, restaurant, bar-tabac, ... it's a lively area where life is good at the intersection of all activities whether for business or leisure, accessible on foot or by public transport (see below below). It is indeed served by bus, metro and tram remaining 10 minutes from the Capitol Square, as well as steps from the Saint-Cyprien neighborhood with its covered market, its modern art museum of the Stockyards, green spaces in the Prairie filters, cafes and quaint restaurants and nightlife.
Our apartment is so sublime in its proximity to all internal and external activities in the pink city. While remaining close to the downtown, it keeps a quick walk or transport to the banks of the Garonne and pleasant walks which one can indulge open from Toulouse Beach from June to September. We are also 5 minutes walk from the Zenith in Toulouse, 1 km from Purpan Hospital, 2 km from the Stadium (ideal for Euro 2016) and 10 minutes from the Ernest Wallon stadium (Stade Toulousain).
Finally, by the Avenue of Britain through our whole district and located at the foot of the building, we are 1.5 km from the inner ring and outer as well as the motorway. Our location and provides an opportunity for our passengers to offset rapidly Toulouse to visit the surrounding area (40 minutes from the Gers, Tarn and Tarn et Garonne, 1h30 from the Beach of Narbonne, 2h from the Pyrenees to Spain and Andorra, and 2:30 in the Basque Country), starting with the Space City is located less than 15 minutes.

Our apartment is located 5 minutes walk from Subway Patte d'Oie, or the metro line A in 5 minutes reaching the Capitol and Jean-Jaurès to line B, as well as ten-minute Balma-Gramont and his great mall.
A bus stop is also just 2 minutes walk, where several lines serving the downtown Toulouse and neighborhoods that surround it.

Gare Matabiau Toulouse, is meanwhile to 15 minute drive or as little time via the underground line down to stop Marengo-SNCF.

Accueil sympathique mais logement moyen. Point positif :beaucoup de rangement et literie correcte.
I had a great stay at Jean-Christoph's and Sigrid's apartment. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. I found the location to be great as it is on the metro line to the centre and SNCF and tramline to the airport. There are 4 supermarkets within walking distance, 3 are open on a Sunday.
The apartment is quite big for one person and for two will be fine also. The bed is very comfortable along with great blinds and windows ensured a good sleep.
