Les points forts de l'appartement :
- bien aménagé malgré la petite superficie ;
- bien équipé, notamment pour qui aime cuisiner ;
- une jolie vue avec pas mal de verdure ;
- très bien situé (métro, commerces, etc.).
Les points faibles :
- quelques bricoles à réparer, ce qui devrait être fait pour les prochaines locations ;
- pas de double vitrage ;
- un voisinage particulièrement bruyant, et davantage en soirée/nuit qu'en journée, l'appartement étant préservé des bruits de la rue.
