May 2020Nicolas est un hôte très souple et conciliant.... Le studio est charmant près du métro, très calme car sur cour. Seul bémol, l'appartement n'était pas très propre à l'entrée dans les lieux... Peinture et cuisine défraichie. Mais reste un très bon rapport qualité prix vue la situation à Paris et proche banlieue
