This nice fully equipped studio is located close to the Health Center La Timone in Marseille, the residence is ideal for a stay in Marseille.

Electricity is included in the rent for rentals less than 3 months. Beyond that, the tenant will have to take the subscription to his name (+/- 30 €).
Very clean and comfortable it will allow you to spend a pleasant stay in Marseille. Close to all amenities and in a very quiet area.
The accommodation will be completely at your disposal.
You will have unlimited access to the WIFI and the fitness room of the residence.
In case of need I am present on the residence from Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 14h to 17h. If you want to arrive after 17h please tell me and I will give you the key code to retrieve the keys to the housing.

L'appartement était très propre et en très bon etat, ainsi que les parties collectives.
Juste quelques remarques constructives.
Les oreoles sur le sol du couloir au 3 ème étages font bizarres et surprennent et mettent le doute sur la propreté quand on arrive .
Il serait utile de rajouter un conteneur à poubelle.
Nettoyer le bas de la porte qui accède au garage.
