Description

This beautiful fully equipped studio is located in the immediate vicinity of the Pôle Santé La Timone in Marseille, the residence is ideal for a stay in Marseille.

A well-equipped and well-furnished studio:
- Pull-out bed (two single beds 80/200cm)
- Kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, dishes
- 1 TV
- WIFI Internet included
- 1 desk

Electricity is included in the rent for rentals of less than 3 months. Beyond that, the tenant will have to take the subscription in his name (+/- 30€).
Very clean and comfortable it will allow you to spend a pleasant stay in Marseille. Close to all amenities and in a very quiet area.

The accommodation will be completely at your disposal.
You will have unlimited access to WIFI and to the fitness room of the residence.

If you need me, I am available at the residence from Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm. If you wish to arrive after 5pm, please let me know and I will give you the code for the key box to collect the keys to the accommodation.

- in the immediate vicinity (6 mn on foot) of the Pôle Santé La Timone (Medicine, Pharmacy, Odontology)
- 8 mn walk from the Timone stop on metro line 1
- 10 minutes by metro line 1 from the Saint Charles station

Depending on availability, you will be able to benefit from a parking space for a price of 7€ per night.

For stays of 1 month or more, a deposit of 300€ will be required. It will be taken by pre-authorization at the time of your arrival in the accommodation.

Studio ideally located in Marseille tout est tres bien il manque juste de quoi laver parterre et un rouleau de papier a l arrivée.
Le parking est indispensble.

Studio ideally located in Marseille If you don't have any expectations the apartment is OK. Unfortunately we had a problem during our arrival and we couldn't reach the owner when we needed it (emails, sms or calls). There was also no concierge at all as they described it. The cleanliness is also OK. Best regards
